Yes PAC is fully licensed and insured.

How does your bid process work?

It is pretty simple actually. After you schedule an initial project meeting with PAC, a representative comes to your project site to measure the area and will get a core sample of the area if needed . We then outline a project scope and get your approval on the project scope providing you with a full bid along with pictures and maps free of charge.

WHAT IF A VENDOR OF YOURS HAS A PROBLEM WITH A PROJECT DETAIL?

On out of town customers some times we use subs and still manage the job.
If one of our vendors has an issue they will communicate with us first. If we can not solve the problem we will communicate with you. You should never have to communicate directly with one of our vendors.

DOES PAC SELF PERFORM THEIR OWN WORK?

Yes,  Preferred Asphalt & Sealcoating self perform their own work in the kc metro area.

pac does have qualified subs that we use for out of town clients and certain cases we use them for in town clients to work  with the customers schedule.
